Product Details

BD-F16 is a width-adjustable valve lockout that covers the handwheel of gate valves to prevent the valve from being opened. It adapts to valves with a handwheel diameter from 25 mm to 165 mm (1"–6.5"); a single device can replace three separate fixed-size gate valve lockouts.

The polypropylene body resists impact and chemicals. The many holes in the body allow different workers to fit their personal safety padlocks (shackle diameter ≤7 mm) to the same device, making the product suitable for group lockout. Different colour and tagging options are offered on request.

Adjustable Width: Adjusts to different handwheel diameters and does the job of three separate gate valve lockouts.
Handwheel Diameter Range: Suitable for valves with a handwheel diameter of 25–165 mm (1"–6.5").
PP Body: The polypropylene construction withstands impact and chemicals.
Multiple Lock Holes: Several workers can apply their personal padlocks (≤7 mm shackle) at the same time.
Color and Label: Labeling options are available and it can be produced in different colors.
