Product Details

BD-F20 is an angle-adjustable lockout device developed to hold the handle of butterfly valves in the closed position. Its 15° to 36° adjustment range adapts to different butterfly valve types, and the device can be fitted to the valve in a short time.

For installation, the L11 cable lockout device is passed through a suitable hole and wrapped around the valve neck; the system is compatible with a 4 mm diameter cable lockout. The nylon PA + ABS body resists impact and chemicals, and the stainless steel rivet ensures the device opens and closes smoothly. Direction arrows on the body show the correct fitting direction in LOTO use, reducing user error.

Angle Adjustment: Adjustable between 15° and 36° to fit different butterfly valve types.
PA/ABS Body: The nylon PA and ABS body resists impact and chemicals.
Cable Securing: With the 4 mm cable lockout, the L11 cable device is applied by passing the cable through the valve neck.
Stainless Rivet: The stainless steel rivet keeps the device opening and closing smoothly and steadily.
Direction Arrows: Application arrows on the body make installation easier and reduce incorrect fitting.
