Adjustable Butterfly Valve Lockout

Product Details

BD-F22 is an adjustable lockout device that secures the handle of butterfly valves to prevent the valve position from being changed. It fits butterfly valves with a stem width ≤42 mm, an opening ≥14.5 mm and a height of 5–35 mm; in terms of handle width it covers the 8–45 mm range.

The open-ended shackle design allows it to be applied to partially closed rings and wide handles as well. The adjustable design reduces the need to stock separate devices for valves of different sizes and simplifies the variety of equipment in the LOTO cabinet. The polypropylene body resists impact and chemicals.
