Product Details

BD-F35 and BD-F35X are lockout devices that supply the universal valve lockout body together with a 1.8-meter steel cable and a support rod. They are used on gate, ball and butterfly valves, as well as large levers, T-shaped handles and hard-to-secure mechanical devices.

The support rod adds extra stability to the locking mechanism and helps keep the lever in place. A 3.2 mm (1/8") PVC-coated stainless steel cable creates a second attachment point; the body is reinforced nylon PA and stainless steel. With an open-ended clamp and additional accessories, the system can be adapted to different equipment, and together with a lock and tag it makes the isolation visible in the field.

Support Bar: Reinforces the locking mechanism for additional stability.
Steel Cable: The 3.2 mm (1/8") PVC-coated stainless steel cable provides additional securing.
Universal Fit: Used on gate, ball and butterfly valves and other mechanical devices.
Open-Ended Shackle: The shackle added onto a closed ring grips large handles.
Material: Features a reinforced nylon PA and stainless steel body.
