Product Details

BD-F36-1 and BD-F36-2 are lockout devices that clamp and secure the handle of butterfly and ball valves. They fit a clamping range of 31 mm to 100 mm; thanks to the self-tightening screw, they can be mounted on the valve without tools.

The body consists of PC engineering plastic, carbon steel sheet and stainless steel screws; its dimensions are 192 x 94 x 32 mm excluding the threaded rod. The stainless steel serrated surface grips the handle firmly and prevents loosening. The multi-hole design allows several padlocks with shackle diameter ≤7 mm to be fitted, so it suits group lockout and tagout applications.

Tool-Free Installation: Locks out without tools thanks to a self-tightening screw.
Lockout Range: Can be applied to valves in the 31–100 mm range.
Serrated Jaw: The stainless steel serrated surface grips the valve handle and prevents loosening.
Material: Made of PC engineering plastic, carbon steel sheet and stainless steel screws.
Multi-Lock: The multi-hole design allows use of several padlocks and tags with a ≤7 mm shackle.
