Product Details

BD-F36 is a universal valve lockout device that can be used on different valve types. It is intended to prevent uncontrolled release of the fluid in the line by holding the handle or wheel of common valve types such as gate, ball and butterfly valves in the closed position.

Being applicable to more than one valve type with a single device reduces the variety of equipment that must be kept at LOTO stations. When used with a safety padlock and warning tag, who isolated the valve is clearly visible on site, and the valve is not put back into service until the maintenance team completes the work.

Universal Use: Can be applied to different valve types such as gate, ball and butterfly valves.
Inventory Simplicity: A single piece of equipment can isolate several valve types.
Padlock and Tag: Used together with a padlock and warning tag to show the isolation status.
