Product Details

BD-FL01, BD-FL02 and BD-FL03 are lockout devices used to prevent blind flanges and flange connections from being removed without authorization. They cover the flange bolt nuts to keep the connection from being opened and keep the line in an isolated state.

Its adjustable design fits different nut and handle diameters snugly and can be used in multi-flange pipe applications. The equipment, made of high-strength material, is installed without tools. In petrochemical, water treatment and gas plants, it helps secure line blanking with a lock and tag as part of the LOTO procedure.
