Product Details

The BD-F11 series is a gate-type valve lockout device that fully encloses the handwheel of gate valves to prevent it from being turned. The series covers valve diameters from 25 mm to 600 mm in seven sizes, so small and large valves in the same facility can be isolated with a single product family.

The body, made of transparent PC plastic, allows the position of the locked valve to be checked from outside. On rising-stem valves, the central protrusion can optionally be removed for a fit. Completed with a padlock and tag, it creates an isolation point that prevents the valve from being opened accidentally during maintenance.

Full Handwheel Cover: Fully encloses the handwheel to prevent accidental turning of the valve.
Seven Sizes: Offers 7 different sizes for valve diameters between 25 and 600 mm.
Transparent PC: The transparent body allows visual checking of the status of the locked valve.
Removable Center: On rising-stem valves, the center protrusion can be removed for use.
