Steel Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Green

Product Details

The green BD-G04-GRN safety padlock combines an ABS plastic body with a 38 mm long, 6 mm diameter stainless steel shackle. After electrical panels, valves and other energy connection points are isolated, it locks these points to prevent accidental re-energizing during maintenance.

The lock can be ordered keyed-different or keyed-alike and managed together with master key systems. Green is a color option that can be used, for example, to separate the locks of production or process operators from those of maintenance teams. The “TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ” (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) warning on it supports the tagout step and makes the situation at the lockout point visible to everyone.

• Key Options: The padlock can be supplied keyed different or keyed alike.
• 38 mm Shackle: The 6 mm diameter, 38 mm long shackle is made of stainless steel.
• Robust Material: The ABS plastic body and stainless steel shackle together provide long-lasting use.
• Warning Tag: The “TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ” (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) label on the body adds an extra layer of warning against unauthorized opening attempts.
• Easy Carrying: The lightweight body allows the padlock to be carried comfortably by maintenance personnel.
