The yellow-bodied BD-G02-YLW is a safety padlock with a 38 mm shackle used to physically lock energy-isolated points. The stainless steel shackle fits lockout points on electrical panels, valves and energy connection points, preventing the equipment from being energized during maintenance.

The impact-resistant ABS body stays lightweight, while the “TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ” (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) warning on it leaves no doubt about the lock's purpose. Yellow can be recommended to distinguish the locks assigned to mechanical maintenance teams from others, so you can tell from a distance which team is working at a lockout point. Keyed-different or keyed-alike options can be chosen according to personal and group lockout needs.
