BD-G03-BLUE is a blue safety padlock developed to secure energy isolation points in lockout and tagout (LOTO) procedures. With its 6 mm diameter, 38 mm long stainless steel shackle, it attaches to lockout points on electrical panels and valves; energy cannot be restored until the lock is removed.

Using a blue lock for teams doing electrical maintenance is a common color-coding choice in the field, and this model is a suitable option for that role. The ABS body is both impact resistant and light enough not to take up space in the maintenance bag. The “TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ” (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) warning on the body clearly reminds that the equipment must not be operated while the lock is in place.
