BD-G23-BLUE is a safety padlock with a blue body and a 76 mm shackle height. After electrical panels, switches and other energy sources are isolated, it secures the lockout point; the equipment cannot be operated while the lock is in place.

Blue can be preferred to distinguish locks belonging to electrical maintenance teams. The engineering-plastic reinforced nylon PA body withstands temperatures between -57°C and +177°C and is also resistant to chemicals and UV. The self-opening shackle mechanism speeds up fitting and removal, while the key-retaining feature prevents the lock from being left open. Standard warning labels are on the front and back.

• Automatic Shackle: The shackle pops open when the lock is unlocked, and the cylinder locks automatically when it is closed.
• Key Retention: The key stays in the cylinder until the padlock is closed.
• Different Body Types: In addition to the EB type standard body, types A, B, C, D and E can be selected.
• Tag and Printing: In addition to standard front and back tags, there are options for luminous PVC tags, printing in different languages and laser marking.
• Zinc/Brass Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins, the optional brass cylinder has 6 pins.
