Plastic Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Orange

Product Details

BD-G17-ORJ is a safety padlock with an orange nylon body, used to secure energy isolation points in lockout/tagout procedures. The 6 mm diameter shackle, 38 mm high, can be attached to lockout points on panels, valves and plumbing equipment; the lock weighs 105 g.

The orange color can be used to mark the locks of group lockout supervisors or shift leaders. When ordered keyed-alike, a team's locks can be managed with a single key, and with the master-keyed option by an authorized person. The E-type non-slip body and the key that cannot be removed while the lock is open reduce misuse in the field.

• Nylon Body: The high-quality nylon body offers lightweight, long-lasting use.
• Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins and the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
• Left-Open Prevention: The key retention feature prevents the padlock from being forgotten open.
• Non-Slip Body: The E-type non-slip body design provides a comfortable and secure grip.
• Easy Identification: Codes on the body and key, with color-matched key covers, make matching easy.
