Plastic Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Green

Product Details

The green-bodied BD-G14-GRN is a safety padlock made of high-quality nylon for lockout/tagout applications. The shackle, 6 mm in diameter and 38 mm in height, is attached to panels, valves and energy connection points to keep energy off throughout maintenance.

At 105 g, the padlock is easy to track thanks to color-matched key covers and codes that can be printed on the body or the key. The green color can be used to distinguish padlocks issued to production or process operators. Because the key cannot be removed while the padlock is open, it helps ensure that every worker locks their own padlock before leaving the area.

• Non-Slip Body: The E-type non-slip body design provides a comfortable and secure grip.
• Easy Identification: Codes on the body and key, with color-matched key covers, make matching easy.
• Flexible Keying: With four keying options, it can be adapted to personal and group lockout.
• Nylon Body: The high-quality nylon body offers lightweight, long-lasting use.
• Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins and the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
