Plastic Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Purple

Product Details

The purple-bodied BD-G18-PRP is a nylon-body safety padlock designed for the safety of piping and electrical equipment. Its 6 mm diameter, 38 mm high shackle fits onto energy isolation points and prevents the system from being started until the lock is removed.

Because purple is a less commonly used colour in facilities, it can be chosen to mark a special group such as the automation team or a specific production line. Codes printed on the lock body and key, together with colour-matched key caps, enable quick identification. The cylinder can be 12-14 pin zinc alloy or 6 pin brass; the key cannot be removed until the lock is closed.

• Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins and the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
• Left-Open Prevention: The key retention feature prevents the padlock from being forgotten open.
• Non-Slip Body: The E-type non-slip body design provides a comfortable and secure grip.
• Easy Identification: Codes on the body and key, with color-matched key covers, make matching easy.
• Flexible Keying: With four keying options, it can be adapted to personal and group lockout.
