Plastic Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Yellow

Product Details

The yellow BD-G12-YLW is a safety padlock with a nylon body and a 6 mm diameter shackle. It is used in lockout/tagout procedures to hold electrical panels, valves and plumbing equipment in the isolated position; at 105 g it is easy to carry in the field.

The cylinder can be chosen as 12-14 pin zinc alloy or 6 pin brass. Being able to print a code on the lock body and key, combined with colour-matched key caps, allows locks to be identified quickly. The yellow body can be recommended for marking the mechanical maintenance team's locks; keyed-different, keyed-alike and master-keyed combinations can be chosen according to team structure.

• Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins and the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
• Left-Open Prevention: The key retention feature prevents the padlock from being forgotten open.
• Non-Slip Body: The E-type non-slip body design provides a comfortable and secure grip.
• Easy Identification: Codes on the body and key, with color-matched key covers, make matching easy.
• Flexible Keying: With four keying options, it can be adapted to personal and group lockout.
